CmdCraftTools ("we") provides free Minecraft command generators. This page explains what we collect, why, who else can see it, and how you can control your own data

Short version: every tool works without an account, we do not sell your data, and the commands you generate are stored in your own browser rather than sent to our server

1. What we collect

Visit data (collected automatically)

When you open a page, our visitor counter records your IP address, the page path, your browser user agent (which we split into browser name, device type, and operating system), and the date. We use this to see how many people visit and which tools get used, and it is recorded at most once per session per day

Things you send us

The report and feedback forms — we store the text you write plus any contact details you choose to fill in. Some feedback may be shown publicly on the site, but only after review and never with your contact details
A user account (only if you create one) — your username, email, and a one-way hashed password. We never store passwords in readable form. Accounts exist only to save your presets and workspaces; you do not need one to use the tools

Data that stays in your browser

Your command history, favourites, chosen language, and preferences are kept in your own browser using localStorage. That data is never sent to our server, and you can delete it at any time from the site’s settings page or by clearing site data in your browser

2. Cookies

Essential cookies — A single session cookie that keeps you logged in, protects forms against cross-site request forgery, and stops the visitor counter double-counting you on the same day. It is set HttpOnly and SameSite. It cannot be turned off without breaking the site

3. Advertising and Google AdSense

This site shows advertising through Google AdSense so that the tools can stay free. Google is a third-party vendor with its own privacy policy, separate from ours

Google and its partners use cookies (including the DART cookie) and device identifiers to serve ads based on your visits to this site and other sites
We do not control those cookies and we do not receive your personal data from Google — we only see aggregate reports such as total impressions

4. How we use the data

To see how much the site is used and which tools deserve more work
To investigate and fix wrong commands that users report
To prevent spam and abuse
To keep the site secure and debug technical problems

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to anyone

5. Retention and security

Data is stored in a database that only administrators can reach, all connections use HTTPS, and passwords are stored only as hashes. Visit data is kept for as long as it is useful for historical statistics and deleted once it is not

6. Your rights

You may ask to see, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, including your account and anything you have submitted. Send the request through the contact options below and we will act on it within a reasonable time

Anything stored in your own browser (history, favourites, preferences) you can delete yourself right away from the site’s settings page, without contacting us

7. Younger users

This is a general-audience site and is not directed at children specifically. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has given us information, please contact us and we will remove it

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes we update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes are also announced on the "What’s new" page
